While surf the net I found this unique fountain. It’s really kind of clever.
Even in the winter your fountain can be beautiful. That is when it first starts to freeze, then you’ll want to turn the pump off and bring it in to the garage or basement so you don’t burn it up. It can look almost magical with its icicles hanging down. No splash today.
Birds are really very interesting to watch. They come in all different colors and sizes. They sing different songs. They are beautiful and fun. On a hot summer day they with land on the fountain or birdbath or along the edge of the pond. They’ll splash and peck at their features or each other. They’ll hop around and if the water is not too deep they will hop right in splashing and singing. Now that they are refreshed, you probably will be too. You don’t even realize how relaxing this is until you think about it.

Check out the different fountains and see which is most pleasing to you. Some ponds have different features to give you several different sounds. Water fountains in your backyard can be rather simple or quite exquiste. They can be considered pieces of art and and value to your home. They can be an area that you retreat to at the end of a long tiresome day. You can relax by letting the sounds of flowing splashing water destress you.

Meeting places were centered around public fountains or streams where they gathered water for drinking or washing. Some fountains actually irragated nearby trees and gardens. With all the cold weather that we have been having the backyard looks like a frozen fairy land. And with the recent freezing rain we had everything is ice. But what splendor it is!! It is beautiful to say the least.

Having the sound of running water can be a simple objective. There are so many kinds of fountains on the market today. There are standing fountains, wall fountains and table top fountains. Did you know that many of them do not require additional plumbing? They have a reservoir that you fill (and must keep filled) when the pump is pumping.
